Just think of it as a guesthouse in a 4th-tier city in China. Don't have high expectations. The hotel is still serious and hygienic, but given the environment of the city itself and the conditions of an underdeveloped country, don't expect too much.

There are many shops nearby, the sea is 5 minutes walk away (on the way there is a large supermarket with fixed prices, where you can buy ready-made food). Nearby is the Marina embankment. There is an option for early check-in (for a small surcharge) and you can choose the side (balcony on Sheraton Street or the other side of the building). In the same building there is an exchange office and a good cafe (bololuko, where they sell steaks for 400 pounds). The reception staff is friendly and quickly helps in solving problems. Breakfasts are +/- monotonous, but satisfying. Of the minuses, I would like to note the lack of hair dryers and kettles in the rooms. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Poor cleaning! If you do not hang a sign, they will not even come in. And if they come in, they may not leave toilet paper, take away bath towels and not leave new ones, or leave one instead of 2. And finally, terrible wi-fi quality. If you are used to 5 stops on the outskirts of Hurghada, then pass by. If you need to spend the night and be within walking distance of the sea, shops, etc., then this is a good choice.

It's very rubbish, no water, no hot water, no facilities, there are a lot of flies in the room, don't ask the front desk to help you order any services. When I first arrived, I asked her to help call a taxi. She charged me 100 and asked me to pay first. At first, they said it was a round trip, but the driver left when I got there. I took a taxi back by myself and it was only 20. When I confronted them at the hotel, they still didn't admit it.
